Classes
Physical fitness requires a lot of motivation and determination. At Bearskin Fitness, we provide classes ranging from Yoga all the way to water aerobics. So, whether you’re a college student looking to broaden your skills or a retiree looking to socialize while you workout, these classes will help motivate you to keep working towards your personal goals.

Water Aerobics

$15 per month OR $2 per class, Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 AM. Get fit with this challenging water-based fitness course! This class will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without the strenuous impact on your joints that most workouts have. Burn up to 400 calories.

Batting Cage

The Bearskin Indoor batting cage is the perfect way to keep your swing in perfect form around the calendar. The cage can be rented individually at $10 for 30 minutes or $15 for an hour, or by teams at $15 for 30 minutes, $20 for an hour, or $30 for 90 minutes. Zumba Class

Zumba is a fun, engaging workout that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. Join our zumba class Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:00 PM and let's get our groove on together and get in shape!

Power Flow Yoga

$15 per month OR $2 per class, Tuesdays & Thursday 5:30 AM – 6:15 AM & 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM. Empower your mind and strengthen your body as you move through a series of poses and stretches that loosen your muscles and improve circulation with an overall calming effect. Burns up to 300 calories.

Arthritis Foundation

Free to members! Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00 AM & Thursdays 10:00 - 11:00 AM. This class is a blast in the pool for our members and neighbors in the community who want a little physical exercise that is conducted at a moderate and manageable pace, easy on the joints, and enjoyable for everyone participating.

Silver Sneakers

Free to members! Monday 10:4 5- 11:30 AM & Wednesday 10:45 - 11:30 AM. You will absolutely love these enjoyable, easy-to-follow workouts that will increase your energy, improve your stamina, and boost your overall physical well-being. Light weight resistance included. Burns up to 220 calories.

Kid Swim

$2 per child for members & $3 for non-members. Tribal members are free! Days and times may vary: Monday 2:00 - 4:00 PM & 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday 2:00 - 4:00 PM & 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday 2:00 - 4:00 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM - NOON. Also-- swim lessons start in March!
